He has worked to identify, acquire and

San Francisco, Philadelphia,
Bozeman, and New York City, prior
to moving into Southeastern markets.

NAVEEN KWATRA, DDS, CRPC
Principal
Dr. Naveen Kwatra has achieved remarkable success in finance, dentistry, and Real Estate investing. After college he excelled as a financial advisor for American Express Financial Advisors (Ameriprise) and earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation. Despite tremendous success in his wealth management career, he was moved by a passion for helping others, and decided to go to Dental School and become a dentist. Today, he has a thriving practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland that has been recognized as one of the premier pediatric dentists in the Mid-Atlantic region. Parallel to his careers in finance and dentistry, Dr. Kwatra has built and managed a real estate portfolio for his family and investors since 2003.
As Principal and Founder of K2 Capital, LLC, Dr. Kwatra offers comprehensive financial advisory services, leveraging his expertise in markets analysis, asset management, and wealth accumulation strategies. A modern-day renaissance man, Dr. Kwatra's rigorous training, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable partner for any new business venture.
